North Renton Neighborhood East Gateway Project

Welcome to the website of the proposed new sign and landscaping located at the East entrance to the North Renton Neighborhood. The sign will be placed on a triangle-shaped piece of right of way near Burger King on North 3rd Street and Factory Place North.

This permanent monument sign would fulfill many needs. It would ensure that the neighborhood remains a visible, yet respected part of the City of Renton. With so much development happening adjacent to it (the Landing), we are still very much a residential, bedroom community raising children and going to work. We deserve an identifying sign like so many of the other neighborhoods in the City.
